Ibotta is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. As the Senior Technical Director of Product Management, you’ll create the organizational conditions to support an exceptional internal Platform as a Product which serves all our product portfolio groups. You’ll partner with other leaders in Engineering and Architecture to set the strategic direction for the Ibotta internal Platform. You’ll push the boundaries as a key member of our Product Leadership, and work collaboratively to further evolve and enhance Ibotta’s product discipline and lead a product first culture. You will hire, develop, and grow a team of talented Group Product Managers and guide them and their teams in creating and maintaining high quality products that deliver exceptional business value to our internal stakeholder.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Lead teams and the business at large in transforming our current platform architecture toward a domain driven architecture
Establish, drive, and evolve the strategic direction for Ibotta’s platform, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs as we mature the platform
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of talented product managers
Recruit and hire equally exceptional talent
Build strong partnerships with leaders across across the entire business including, but not limited to, sales, engineering, customer support, and business development to create seamless, cohesive shopper experiences that deliver business impact
Continually improve and iterate upon Ibotta’s approach to product development
Enable high-quality, timely execution in a fast-paced, iterative, fluid environment

What we are looking for:
10+ years of product management experience
5+ years building and leading highly effective product teams
Easily able to serve as a knowledgeable and reliable technical partner to peers in engineering and architecture leadership
Excellent quantitative skills with a proven ability to leverage data and actionable insights to guide decision making and steer high level product strategy
Able to appropriately translate complex, technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences at all levels across the business
Aptitude for building and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven record of successfully hiring, managing and coaching a high performing team of Product Managers.
Experience creating transparent, inclusive, and understandable iterative product development processes
Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal) that shepherd stakeholders along and share your ideas and decisions with focus and brevity
An ego-free embrace of vigorous debate and conviction that it’s better to be aligned than right
Seasoned organizational design thinking on how to best structure a cross-functional product development group
BA/BS in CS/Engineering, Economics/Physics/Math or related field is required

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.
Base compensation range: $180,000- $200,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
