Job Description:

 Ibotta is seeking a Vendor Success Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.  

The position will support all of our Ibotta Care Vendors and collaborate with Workforce Management on reporting and workflow planning. The position reports to the Director, Ibotta Care.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage ownership of client-facing vendors, effectively maintaining both new and existing vendor relationships. 

  • Monitor daily performance of vendors, provide information on business changes, support and escalation issues

  • Audit and report on the performance of vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics

  • Ensure vendor and Ibotta Care email inventory levels are maintained to optimize SLA across all lines of business.

  • Lead collaborative meetings between vendors and Ibotta to ensure adherence to SLAs, metrics and quality scores.

  • Identify opportunities for vendor optimization and take the necessary steps to put those into place effectively

  • Plan, execute, and complete projects across various teams and company initiatives

  • Stretch into leading large scale strategic business programs and have the ability to flex into program management as needed 

  • Partner with WFM in data preparation to drive daily, weekly and monthly reporting.  

  • Update vendor agent information utilizing WFM software Tymeshift (TS). 

  • Maintain agent workflow changes and engage internal/external teams for effective execution 

What we are looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a call center environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 

  • Technical skills: G Suite, Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to understand the bigger picture while creating cross-functional and external relationships

  • Continually build out your problem solving and project management toolkits through projects, on-going professional development, and collaboration with the team

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively 

  • Advanced time management skills and ability to quickly shift from one project to another

 Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity.

  • Base compensation range: $50,000-$65,000.
